Default Separation Anxiety

I have a 1 and a half year old beagle who i believe suffers from a severe form of separation anxiety. She cries and barks and jumps everytime either me or my husband puts her in the backyard. It is a huge backyard full of trees and bishes and squirrels for her to chase but she constantly waits by the door scratching and barking to come in. There is a large bay window facing the backyard from our kitchen and she jumps up and down whining and crying in front of it and will even sit on the window sill and scratch. She wont even go to the bathroom without one of us outside with her, then shes fine. If I sit ont he pirch or stand and watch her she will run and play or go potty like a normal dog for hours. But the second she realizes Ive left to come inside she freaks out! We've tried ignoring her barking but it nver helps, she continues until we let her in. I understand that this is a new house and yard to her but you would think she'd be used to it by now! its been 3 months since we moved in. I just dont understand why she wont go play like a normal dog?? HELP!
