Poop Training

Hi, I have serious problem with my dog craping everywhere in my backyard. Is there any way to train her to poop in 1 particular spot?

She also jumps on me and my kids a lot.. actually anyone who comes in y back yard. I get some what embarrassed when she jumps like a chicken with it's head cut off. Please HELP!!!
