Hi, jack russels are very energetic type of breed and it increases as she ages. maybe she expresses her excitement through those biting threats. If you have a puppy school near you, better enroll her as soon as possible because it's essential that she learns obedience training as young as possible. You should also try to learn the
reinforcement training so you would have no problem on who dominates who. I hope I've helped
