Unhappy Hello Everyone !!! HELP !!!

I have an adorable Shih-Tzu "G". Well lately my little darling has been urinating in my home. Carpet, Floor by my bed pretty much anything he can put his mark on. And along with that comes a very foul smell. He was potty trained to go outside and now he is just not doing that. Is it possible for dog's to get urinary tract infections? And if so is there any medication that they can take. Would appreciate any feedback.

Thank You,
KK

I think I remember one of my cousins dog got a UTI too so yeah it is possible for a dog to have a UTI and I think they are also treated with antibiotics. It's still best to consult your vet about it.
