Update on the house

My weekend started with a bang on Saturday. We had an appointment with a realtor to show the house at 5 PM. So all day we had to chase after two cats (who are shedding) and a sheltie (who is shedding) That vacuum just about choked from all the times I ran it across the carpet. Then the people came 45 minutes late. I wasn't very happy... No phone call no excuse, nothing. I would have given them another 15 minutes and then told them they were too late (we hadn't eaten dinner yet) But they showed up at 5:45.

On Sunday we had 6 couples go through. Some were just snooping and some were really interested.

Then Monday we had another three couples go through and most of these were the snooper variety. My daughter and sil came on Monday to help clear out the garage of all my dh tools that I inherited when he died. Reserving only a hand full for me to use for simple repairs. There is still a great deal of cleaning to do in the garage but it's been 90 degrees outside and I dont' feel as though I need to exhaust myself when next Wednesday it'll be in the low 60's for a high temp for the day. I can tackle it when it's cooler.
