Try re-training your dog to pee on a weewee pad again but before you do that, you might want to thoroughly clean the areas your dog has peed on to discourage him from peeing on the same spot again. Use a misture of vinegar and water (1:1) and avoid using ammonia. A dog's pee has ammonia so using ammonia might just encourage her.

Hi. I only wish I knew this before.
You see, we had the same problem with our Chihuahua when we moved house. He was newspaper trained and never did his business anywhere except the newspaper. Until we moved and he started making a mess all over the house. Then he started to use my bathroom rug as his place to go. He will always go in my bathroom whenever he gets the chance. I was never able to correct this--it has been almost 2 years since we moved and these problems started.
I feel really frustrated. How do I go about starting the training all over again?
