Cause of puppies death

I have a dog. She just delivered her 3 cute puppies this last week. Then last night I didnt know why her two poor babies died. My dog have enough milk to feed them but what cause them to die? Do you have any ideas? So that i can prevent it next time when she get pregnant again.
