Bee and wasp stings on dogs are generally treated the same as humans. Remove the stinger if it is still embedded, using something like a credit card, not tweezers. If the sac is still attached the tweezers will push more venom into your dog. Watch carefully for allergic reactions - rapid, severe swelling, difficulty breathing. Any stings in the mouth or throat should be seen by your vet. Check with your vet to see if you can give Benadryl to control minor swelling. Ice will help, not in direct contact with the skin and 10 mins. on/10 mins. off.
