my staffys stuck willy help

hi can anyone tell me y my pup keeps gettin excited and making his man hood stick out it gets stuck and wont go back in it swells up like a little ballon thinking of gettin him sniped any one else had this problem or got any ideas pllllllllllllllez xxxxvikkixxxxxx
