Beagle aggression

We have two male beagles we have had since they were 6 weeks old, they got along great until about a month ago, starting fighting and we have to keep them seperated to keep any peace in the house. We have had both neutered and that doesnt seem to have helped either, any body got any suggestions, they would be GREATLY appreciated, Im at the point that maybe we should just let them go at it but am afraid we wouldnt be able to seperate them, they cant even go out and play together as they start to fight instantly Thanks for all help, we are desperate!!
