Default Pug/Black Lab

Hi, I just recently bought a pug/black Lab mixed puppy. His name is Jessie. I already owned a Jug (Jack Russell/Pug). I didn't pick out the Jug whose name is Jasper, my mother did. She had a dog she had to put to sleep. It was a Cocker Spaniel named Maggie and she also owned an American Eskimo named Kendra. She bought Jasper to add to her family after the loss of Maggie. She had him home for 3 days and brought him over to me in tears because my dad and Kendra hated him. You see Kendra has dog aggression issues and she never really liked Maggie either and they would always have to keep them separated, so when Maggie died my dad said no more dogs until Kendra passes away. She is 14 by the way. Any how, she brought Jasper to me and asked me to "watch" him for awhile until she could change my dad's mind. That was 8 months ago. We never really spent the time we should have with Jasper because we never expected to keep him. That was wrong of us, I know, but in my defense i was hit by a truck and was really not physically able to care for this dog they way he should have been. I also was trying not to get emotionally attached because he was not ours. Well to make a long story short,( might be too late for that now), he has some issues. He is very active. Almost hyper. He pulls curtains off the wall by jumping on the couch to watch the kids outside, he gets in the garbage, he is still not all together housebroken, he runs of the house the minute you open the front door and he is just plain bored. We hoped another dog would help all of this. We bought Jessie and it has seemed to help a lot. My problem is this, we live in a mobile home park with rules about the weight limit of dogs. Does any one have any idea how big a Pug/Black Lab mix will get? I know it is hard to tell, but does anyone own one and how big is your dog. Also any advice about putting a 10 month old dog and a 7 week old puppy together will be appreciated. I have owned dogs before, but never 2 at a time. They are getting along well now, except that Jasper takes toys from the puppy and he sometimes gets a little too rough. We never let them alone together and always supervise their play. Should I buy toys just for the puppy? Is Jasper taking the toys because he feels they are "His"? All comments welcomed. Thanks. If any one owns a pug/black lab mix and you have pictures of him/her I would love to see them.
