wow i just wrote like a book on here to respond to your question and the stupid computer erased it. ok ill sum it up 1 get the pad out of the crate you are defeating the purpose of crate training 2 get rid of puppy pads they teach the dog to urinate in the house and on lifted surfaces ie carpeting 3 research crate training 4 ignore the dog she is howling bc she is getting a response this will subside after a few days of proper crate trainig. 5 if you need help or dont understand something let me know.
