My recommendation is that try as much as possible to avoid giving sole attention to the other dog. Instead, try dealing with them as a group so they won't feel that anyone is being treated specially, like when giving food or toys. Bond her with the other dog and at the same time reinforce your being boss to her. You can also deal with the separation anxiety by providing a special place for her, her own space, where she can be at very comfortably, like playing and eating, so she will tend to give you more time for yourself and enjoy herself at the same time.
